4. Payments & Billing

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).

Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Pay-as-you-go credits allow you to send a predefined number of emails.

Credits are non-transferable

Credits expire after 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated

Unused credits are forfeited upon expiration

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including:

Subscription fees

Pay-as-you-go credit purchases

Unused or expired credits

It is the Users responsibility to monitor usage and expiration dates.

5. Service Availability

While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary service interruptions.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if:

You violate these terms

Your usage harms deliverability or platform reputation

Required payments are not made

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of data, revenue, or business

Delivery failures caused by recipient mail servers or third-party systems
